Saturday went out to Liberty with Brett and Dan. Got to wake up real early at 0500 to find out that I didnt have to go to Sea Trials practice, but run the PRT instead. Great . . . thanks for the advanced notice guys. Thats ok though. 101 pushups, 101 situps (in 2 mins each) and a 9:20 1.5 mile run gimme an A.

Anyways got to Liberty and on the slopes about 1230. It was pretty slushy so goin was slow at times. Made up for that by hitting every black and dbl black we could find. Dan and I even tried the moguls a couple times. Yeah, that was fun . . .

Lot of funny stories too. Like this kid lost a ski on the top of the moguls and slid to catch it (finally had to dive to save it). Some lady lost a ski and went sliding down a double black yelling and screaming "I DONT WANNA SKIIIIIIIII!!!" w/ her boyfriend/husband at the top just belly laughin. We met this super cool kid who told us that he's like a pro and has been to Liberty like 12 times this winter (he even went on Monday and Wednesday!).

One of the best stories was when some guy went off of a massive jump and unintentionally did 3/4 of a back flip. He landed on his head and we were laughing but astonished that this guy was still alive. Dan went to see if he was ok, and some girl asked Brett and I if our friend was ok. We said "Oh we dont know him" and she replied saying "Oh I figured by the way you guys were talking about him that you knew him." Brett and I reply with "Oh no . . . were just jerks is all"

At the end of the day Brett was checkin his pockets and saw that he found his keys. Made sure we prayed that we'd find em before we left and that we'd make it back on time for taps. We reported them to Lost and Found and kinda just hoped for the best. Nice lady at the L&F brought them to us about three hours later and we made our way back on time. Pretty eventful day, cant wait to hit it again this weekend.
